Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at fixwellshop9@gmail.com, then return the item within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage. We refund the full price, including delivery, within 14 days of getting the item back. We also accept change-of-mind returns up to 30 days after delivery.

Faulty or damaged? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund you in full or send a replacement, and you won’t pay any return costs.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
