Shipping policy

We deliver to the UK, the USA and 46 other countries. Delivery costs £3.99 in the UK, about $7 to the USA, £6.99 to Europe and £9.99 to the rest of the world. You'll see the exact price in your own currency at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery then usually takes 7–14 working days to the UK and USA, 10–18 working days to Europe and 12–20 working days to the rest of the world. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel if it contains several items.

Import duties and taxes: orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. In the USA, small parcels from abroad are no longer duty-free, so a duty charge may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your government, are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days (UK and USA) or 30 working days (elsewhere), email fixwellshop9@gmail.com and we'll trace it, reship it or refund you.
